Windows OS

There are a lot of version of Windows xp out there, hack versions etc. Which do u suppose is the best? I use RETESTRACK i happen to like it. Do y'all know of any hack versions of vista (just like there was restestrak for xp)? Also service pack 3 is the new XP with service pack 3 good?

Well my fave hacked version is XP Ultimate Edition. It Really cuts away the fat and gives you a nice barebones OS which is great for gaming. But if you have abundant system resources XP Black Edition runs it. Many cool fixes and other additions. The thing i like about retestrak is the whole start and shutdown. But those arent enough for me to call it a really good hack.

Well the Best hack xp verison i've seen so far is "SP3 System builder Edition & SP3 ScOrPiOnE SiCoXPrO" in both of these verison all the unnecessary files r cut...... NO disrespect Link........ "I THINK BLACK XP IT THE WORST HACKED VERISON THAT WAS MADE" i had it runing for 3hour & i had 2 dismiss.

any way tried format my system today to get rid of the warms i have but guess what all my OS cds are the older version hence i cant reinstall any thing. SOS HELP PLEASE ANY ONE KIND ENOUGH

I say everyone should convert to a linux operating system make life easier on yourselves.

I wish their could be more distro's of the version of XP I use.
suffice to say. I DO NOT LIKE (or did not like for that matter) XP. I dislike windows on a whole, but used the best version of windows ever created... (NO THANKS TO MICROSOFT... long story).

Windows 2000 Professional. aka w2k.
however, due the to the time it was created, while it is the MOST STABLE, flexible version of windows made to date.. it didnt excell at gaming quite like xp (with its annoying holes) did (because of DRIVER SUPPORT).

So - I used this hacked version that is JUST LIKE WINDOWS 2000 + the gaming ..flexibilities for lack of a better word.. of XP. IT IS FREAKIN FAST.

IT takes one minute (EXACTLY) to start (INCLUDING BIOS START up TIME). Its less by its self - the bar that crosses under the xp logo does so ONCE (on ANY MACHINE past a GHZ!)
NEVER HANGS - it has all the bullcrap of XP removed. lovely.
The unfortunate thing?

I cant say its name / who made it. - It may compromise... a lot..

I AGREE COMPLETLY. - Ubunto for example, with an internet connection = pure fun.

unlike you grim i can say it......... jubecron members the os grim speaks of is nothing short of greatness.......as he explain it basically has every good thing of xp and 2000 combined!
that being said i want the best for jubecron members..... and as u know there are pros and cons to everything.....let grim explain that

Use note pad to format your system, it's cooler that way.
