Random Hacks II - System Crash Virus

Welcome to another installment of random hacks. I wont bother showing you the little shutdown virus prank. This is virus will crash computers. and is quite simple.

WARNING!!
If you are stupid enough to write this and then open it after please do not go any further.

CRASH VIRUS
Just type the following in notepad


You can save it as anything as long as you have .bat at the ending.

You can then go into its properties and give it any icon you see fit. Maybe save it with the internet explorer icon and title it IE7 or 6 to a work or school computer. lol have fun.

next class: Invisible folders (not hidden)

if you have the simplest of antivirii software - it'll stop that lol.

But - yeah, I've screwed around with that before.

do this:


create a folder (just an ordinary folder) by the name of con.

Then, create a text file inside the folder, and write (inside the file)

Basic antiviral software will detect and destroy that, yes. But its still fun to have and use because its usually people who are techies who dont have antiviral software because they hate reduced speed and performance.

And mirco$oft windows is horribly lame. I never thought i'd see the day when an open source OS would beat the crap out of a billion dollar production.

On the flip side compatibility is what Windows has on its side. There is too much hassle involved in finding working environment emulators to run all the things that are produced for windows.

And we cant forget the contribution William Gates and his company made to computing. They allowed for many people to be exposed to confortable computing that would normally be just restricted to the upper class and proffesionals. If windows didnt come computing would probably just be at the level that it was in '98. Lastly, Windows easily hacked security is also the reason many of us have free OSs.
