| You cant access your PC and it's files as you'd like because you're working from a limited account - For example; the windows default Guest Account (which is probably the exact one you're using)
How did you get locked out of the Administrative account?
Forget a Password?
Is there NO other account with typical "privilages" that you could use? | |

| What you need to do is get a live OS (preferably one with an antivirus) and then get you're system scanned for whatever infection you have. In addition, you should then (with the live OS) be able to delete which ever files are giving you a haard time. After that just run a regular tune up and u should be good.
for a live OS try either:
ERD Commander or

| I'm guesing you can jst disable your firewall and any anivirus software that prohibits internet use. Then check the settings one at a time till you get the desired effect that you want. | |

i don't think that's the problem when you copied you copied a virus fr your flash drive to your PC and it took control of your PC I bet that you can't even open "taskmanger"
