I believe that they are just myths, ive searched and searched and I cant find any visual proof of one... well i say one pic, but it looked kind of fake.
What's your take?

2. Has no ovaries.
3. Has "internal testes."
4. Has three times the testosterone of a normal woman.

Now they're telling her she should get surgery immediately because she may face "grave health risks."

I don't even know what to think bout this....he/she has a vagina, no peepee, n the internal make-up of a man. It's hard to jus put her/him in a category cuz if u take away the testes then (although there'r no female stuff inside) she/he wud technically be a woman BUT if u sergically add a dick then everything is different....he/she is now (what they suspected) a man. It's not cheatin if she was grown as a woman. She jus thought she was "special"
